you must remember that this site and OUCH are very young. If you go to the OUCH web site you will see how much the many dedicated people on the committees have achieved in only a couple of years.
Other organizations, such as the Cancer Society, have been around for many decades and have thousands more victims than we do. The up-coming Atlanta convention is only the second one ever for Clusterheads (in the USA). The first was a learning experience and a lot of learning will come out of the second.
It just takes time to get medical professionals interested and motivated to our cause.
