I think there are more and more neuros out there who are using cluster headaches as a catch-all diagnosis for mysterious head pain. That's a double edged sword, because we're getting the recognition we need by getting them to be able to say the word 'cluster' but what if they're giving non-clusterheads, clusterhead meds? (oops, sorry - Dr. Seuss possessed me there for a minute). But think about it. Playing with fire, if you ask me.
