Laura , my worst pains begin with the eye and upper molars ( so bad I want to grab a pair of pliers and yank them out , but I know it won't help because I've had root canals on those molars , and if I'm lucky , I won't feel like grabbing a sharp kitchen knife and stabbing my face with it to remove that "bad" nerve that's giving me this pain ) . p.s. I go to my dentist every six months for a checkup /cleaning etc . Teeth are OK .
Then spreads between the eye and ear , behind the ear .and eventually behind the head and on top .
Like a sort of , creeping growth . But not starting just from the top back of the head .
Though I would get those one in a blue moon, for an hour maybe . And that would be the end of that with a little rubbing and lukewarm water and some aspirins . I would also pour some rubbing alcohol on my hands and rubb my scalp with it . I t helped a lot . ( watch out for firehazards though :)
That's what I had . But CH is nothing to be compared to .
