Back today and feeling good so far.
Ted asked me to contribute to the community by answering HMO related questions and giving suggestions about how to manipulate the system to get what you need. At least I think that's what he was asking.
Fair enough. I am not a nurse or a doctor. I work for an HMO as a database administrator, but I used to be a supervisor in the customer service department, so I do know some ways to get around in the maze of some HMO systems. If someone has some specific questions please ask me. If I don't know the answer I will see what I can do to hunt it down.
