Hey guys. I too, tried Verapamil and Lithium. Neither worked for me. Verapamil is the generic of Calan SR. When I swithched to Clan SR it took more of the edge off the cluster attacks. I have since stopped using the Lithium. Neurontin is what I am experimenting with now. A very high dose. 3600mg of Neurontin. I take 720mg of the Calan SR. This combination lessened the attacks. One 10-30 minute attack per day. For me, this is of considerable help. It has helped me stop dropping the Ercaf like candy. Just some O2 and a little pacing and they are gone. I have experienced little or no side effects with either of these medications. So far, not a bad recipe.

Just a thought. Good luck to you!
