I have had clusters for 20+ years, have been thru it all, you need to get your sister to someone for follow up as the other people have commented on (MRI,Cat Scan). Clusters have never lasted more than 3 hours for me. I am not a Dr. but most Cluster heads knowledge (cant spell) is more than most DR's.
