Over on the left, there is a button named "live chat"

click on it, wait for the new screen to appear, then enter your name in the "username" field"--do not bother to enter anything else.

then click on "OK, connect"
Your name should appear in the right hand blacked out window, in green letters.

I hit the live chat -- but only see the schedule Mark 18:05:20 06/27/01 (4)
