Hi and welcome. I tried with Indometacin a few years ago and it didn't work and his secondary effect is to the stomach: terrible.
Now I am taking Melatonin ( from a natural company)and since I began to take it the pain went away. I knew about melatonin here on this board and I was completly desperated because my cycle was very long( since december) and I was afraid about I became chronic( I have always been episodic)
melatonin hasn't lateral effects and I am HAPPY because I am pain free for a long time
