hi guyz. i am a 29 year old male medic who ha been suffering from chronic CHs for 5 years. i've tried many things
, as is usually the case. sc sumatriptan and oxygen work best for acute relief. i have just been on topamax for the last 8 weeks, 50mg am and 100mg pm.
during this time, i have noticed that my emotions have been very labile and i have been prone to mood swings. my ( v.supportive) partner has also noticed these not-so-subtle personality changes. what has other people's experiences of this drug been like.
the sad thing about all this is, my headache frequency has reduced dramatically and when i stopped the topamax last week, they came back as before. any suggestions ?????
