started with 25 mg a day for 3 days then went up to 50 for
3 days and then up to 150mg for 3 days. Didn't notice

hungry and has some nausea from it or just general stomach

some more but it seems that his cycle is almost over, he's now
going every other day with a headache and only like 1 a day or 1 and
some shadows that don't quite develop. It is hard to tell if the topamax
worked to end the cycle or if its just time to end since he's had it going
for about 2 months now. I don't have a lot of faith in it so far but
he wasn't taking as much as you either. He's always had mood swings anyway
so I can't tell any difference there either! Guess I'm not much help
but just wanted to comment on our experience with it. I did read on here somewhere
that you need to build up when you take it as well as build back down when you stop taking it
so perhaps thats why your headaches came back full strength if you stopped cold turkey? I don't know, this
whole thing is so random it could be anything. Good luck with it though.
