Mine were triggered by HOT rather than cold. In fact anyone coming to my house, winter or summer, always complained that I lived in a refrigerator. I just can't stand any heat when I'm having a headache. For some cold air works as a relief.
Last winter I sat on my porch, in 17 degree weather, for a long time just in my nightgown. The house was at about 65, but I felt like I was on fire.
Guess this is just like anything else - everyone reacts differently to these things. Oh well, back to the old drawing board.
