I know what you mean. When i'm hit with a CH attack, I can't stand the heat. I've got to have the window open, and cold packs at the back of my head and behind my ears. If I manage to be able to stay in bed, I've got to get the covers off of me. It's quite ironic I think, considering my cycles usually start in late fall/early winter. I used to love the winter before the clusters started.
