MELATONIN

Hi

I am from the UK and suffer with Chronic Cluster Headaches. I have tried most of the preventative treatments but none of them help. My doctor has suggested to me that I could try Melatonin. It is not available in the UK but luckily I have a friend who is bringing me some back from States this week.

I have read some of the messages on your message board and notice that some of you take Melatonin. I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on how much I should take and tell me how quickly it starts working.
