BTW, did you try eating other things on the plate WITH the grits? I'm about as southern as a man can get (Hey, did I ever tell all of you where I had them put the tattoo of the Dixie flag? Well, let's just say it comes in handy on a moonless night :). Hell, I cannot eat grits by themselves either (Yuck!) and I usuall mix it in with eggs and bacoin and sucjh.
Anyway, you make the convention sound like a whole lot o fun. The whole maid thing was too funny (The chocolate hand and face! LOL!) Makew me want to go next year...
