I don't know if he's the exception, but others have stated that repeated dosing may be in order. I'm not an expert on the subject, but others are better versed on this subject matter, namely Flash, & Pinky. Digging a little deeper into the archives will bring up volumes on the subject, but you'll have to sift through alot of information to find the gem you're looking for. Use the search button at the top of the screen. Good luck, and I hope you find relief. I suffered from this nightmare for 2 - 2 1/2 years straight many years ago, but my memory tends to be unclear during that period in my life. Fortunately, it's only episodic, now. Unfortunately, I'm in my 2nd episode in 8 months, but I gotta crop comin' up, and a basket full of imitrex injections, and tabs, and the stuff works for me.
