Glad the info helped. I've not had a CH in about 5 days, and yesterday even the neck soreness was gone, so I do believe the beast has begun his 3 year hibernation (my usual remission time) before awaking to haunt me again.
By the way, once I tried to relieve the neck pain with ice. It made it hurt something awful and finally triggered a major head-banger.
