This cycle was weird for me. Got hit regularly for a couple of weeks, then it quit for three or four weeks, but came back with a vengeance. I was terrified that it might be becoming chronic. (I usually have blessed three-year remissions.) However, the cycle finally ended about a week ago (I hope, I hope, I hope). Do consider giving melatonin a try, if you haven't already. It helps a lot of folks get through the nights.
