instead of asking the hospital for that guy's name (the clusterhead) -- which they probably won't do anyways, why not tell the admitting staff about ch.com instead and ask that they contact that guy and give him the info? That way, it doesn't breach their confidentiality rules AND it gets the word out there to possibly more than just that one soda machine pushing cluster peep.
Just a thought.
