That's a great idea! I just got off the phone trying to get more details from the gal who witnessed this disaster. I've been wracking my brain on how to manage what will most likely be a "We can't help you" answer from the hospital.
I've worked at this hospital quite often, and know some VIP's, and was hoping to try to pull some strings there, but still have my doubts.
(I install vinyl floors in hospitals). Anything is worth a try, I hate to think someone is out there and alone with his CH. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll give it a try!
