I've had ch for 17 yrs, roughly 6 mos on and 6 mos off each year. luckily i only had about 2 per day, until my current episode. for the past 3 or 4 mos its been 4 to 6 per day, day and nite. my neuro has had me on propranolol for the past 3 mos and it has done nothing. i tried vioxx for the past few weeks with no luck. i think ive tried everything in the past 17 yrs and nothing works. i currently use about 200 mg of imitrex per day and go thru about 3 or 4 tanks of O2 per week just to curb the pain. ive read all the articles about lsd and shrooms and im ready to try it. i would have shot myself by now but i am a single parent raising an 11 yr old son and dont have it in me to take his daddy from him. i printed the article on hallucinogens and showed it to my neuro and he laughed at it and blew it off. then he blew me off - told me he didnt know what else to do except stay on the propranolol. ive had it! ive got the word out that im looking for some lsd and i need to order a shroom kit i guess. what i need to know is this - do i or should i get off all the other drugs im taking before i try the lsd or shrooms and how long do i need to be off of them. i dont know how long i can bear the pain if i have to stay off the imitrex too long. also, i am a truck driver, should i plan on taking a week vacation before doing this? if anyone can help me with this it is greatly appreciated. feel free to email me if you want. i was on here a couple weeks ago then a bad storm blew out my computer and i just got a new one today and got back online. this is a fabulous website. thank you.
