Ditch the propranolol, it's a beta blocker and IS likely to interfere with the shrooms - I know I've used it! It interferes with just about every recreational drug there is LMAO. Also as pinky already pointed out it does sweet fuck all for CH.
As for Imitrex, my own thoughts would be to ditch it for 5 days prior to the shrooms. My reasoning is that hallucinogens interfere with hallucinogens (believe it or not - this is what makes them counter addictive). Shrooms will not work if taken within 5 days of another hallucinogen. Imitrex is closely related to hallucinogens, as is methysergide and ergotamine. Certainly methysergide and ergotamine must also be given 5 days grace. Therefore I suspect that triptans like Imitrex that are fairly similar in lot of ways might also require a 5 day detox.
I also suggest that you:
1) Get enough shrooms for at least 3 level 2 doses (although you should start with level 1). This way if they do have a positive effect then you have enough to do the job properly.
2) Likewise also secure 2-3 tabs of LSD if possible. These are the backup plan if the shrooms only have a slight impact.
I've yet to encounter anyone for whom neither drug worked!
