Mind you, as part of the entertainment team you'll find yourself doing all sorts of weird things - from starring in pantomime to taking residents abseiling. Ever abseiled during a CH whilst clutching an 80 year old at the rock face?!! I'm laughing out loud at the computer visualsing it :)
