How many times do we think we are being paranoid worrying about when they are going to hit us like a sledgehammer again. We try and try to forget about them and ignore them but no matter what we do they are like a bunch of grapes that all have to fall off the stem. I do triathlon at a pretty high level - it is my only way of staying sane and trying to keep the paranoia away. No one but us can understand the terror of not knowing when you sometimes put your head down to pick something up and WHAM it set one off which then develops into a full blown bout. Man now I am sounding like a 'feel sorry for me' kind of person, which I can assure you I am not! I have had these bl....dy things for 25 years have 4 kids and one grandson and a very happy marriage so I am blessed, but do feel very alone when they hit. Hang in there everyone, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and life is worth its ups and downs. lotsa loves to you all
