Your attitude is inspirational! I can see you'll be quite a benefit to all of us here. It's a two way street though, anytime you feel you could use some comfort or advice, you'll find plenty here.
I understand the paranoia all too well, had to walk out on a friends play the other night, so I do somewhat fear public places. Funny thing is, as bad as the pain gets, as my wife escorts me out, I'm asking her if everyone thinks I'm a drunk. Gotta keep trying though, like you said, "Life is worth its ups and downs".
