welcome and sorry your here,,the best advice I have is ,, read the info buttons on the left,,take the cluster quiz. There is a lot of info on Meds,,like oxygen,, simple and cheap,works for most people. The info could help you prepare for you Nuro appointment,print out the med info section and take it with you.You will be suprised how much info and meds there are that can help you deal with the beast.There is even a document to help explain CH to your friends and family.
