almost non stop pain

WOW! The worst few days I can ever remember..the h/a are almost non stop with MAYBE a 1/2 break in between. As some of you know, I am on no meds..for prevention or pain as I have no doctor. I am hoping to start with a new one next week. Any ideas on how to get through this till then would be most appreciated.You are all in my thoughts & prayers as I know most of you are suffering as well.
