and get ahold of that new doc and tell them that you are in a crisis/emergency situation and need to be seem ASAP..and not next week...Sometime calling and saying that can get you an appointment..might be just a waiting appointment but it is worth a shot to call and find out... Sorry I can't do more for you...Hope things get better and you get a break from the pain soon...
