Sorry about this, but I need to share this with people who will understand. I have finaly had to accept defeat and cancel the family holiday which was supposed to begin on Saturday. My wife is very understanding, but my two daughters are so upset. But there is no way I can go, realistically, and they won't go without me. I feel so low, I have tried everything to abort this episode, but it's as strong as ever. I'm 41 and I cried last night when my wife told me to accept the enevitable and cancel. I feel my kids deserve more.
OK, that's out of the way. I WILL beat this and take them away later in the year.
