One more - since one of the BoD positions NOT up for election is Vacant (who never posts, isn't on any committees and, I think, has missed all the BoD meetings), will we be electing 5 Directors this year? To maintain the continuity thing, this person would only serve one year, but they can run for re-election next year if they like.
Guess I'd say this - the top 5 candidates (based on number of votes) get the slots, with #5 being the person to fill the one-year vacant position.
