The 8 BoD terms are split so only 4 spots are elected each year. That way there is some continuity from year to year.
If you look at the list of BoD members and number them from 1 to 8, top to bottom. The even numbered ones are replaced in even years and odd in odd years. Docs Greg, Wright, Vacant and mary D are the spots up for election.
