Hi, being a diagnosed chronic cluster patient I would like to sway you away from imitrex injections or pills. The best one out there that no one can beat is Maxalt. It melts in your mouth and in five minutes you are a new person, where as imitrex takes it time and your heart beats out of your chest for a long time.
