call your insurance company and they will give you a list of O2 providers they accept in your plan. call and get the fax number for respiratory and then have your doc fax the script along with your contact info. i'm in nyc and i used tristate. they can deliver to most of the tristate area. if your insurance allows them. phone is 800-637-4423. good luck. or else you can get it somewhat illegally from a welding supply place, but not a great idea
