about one month after I have a baby. I've had CH since I was 19 also. I had not had a baby when I had my first CH. There have been other times that I've had a cycle other than postpartum. But I have several children and ALWAYS about one month after I will have a cycle of about 6 weeks with the CH occurring nightly. I haven't found anyone else that has CH associated with childbirth.
