Please stop making wild generalizations about CPH. Most of what you keep perpetuating from Dr Kudrow is a bit off kilter.

CPF is a variant of CH and the symptoms are THE SAME except for the amount and duration of attacks during a single day. Cluster people might have up to 15 long attacks while CPH sufferers can have up to 40 short attacks a day.

Maybe Dr Kudrow labors under the idea that people with CPH can work during the little time periods when they arent in the middle of an attack? I have CPH and his/your reasoning makes no sense at all to me.

As I`ve said before, but nobody seems to listen........
CPH has an almost 100% response rate to indomethacin while the normal CH tactics (Imitrex,o2 etc) have no effect.
This was 100% the case with my headaches.

For the last time,
Has Dr Kudrow given you indomethacin or has he (for reasons that defy the rest of the neurological comminuty) diagnosed you with CPH because he feels your pain is not very severe?
