This is what is known as enthusiasm. It comes off a little tough, but it doesn't appear mean-spirited. I remember feeling the same as Dave about lots of things. I know he's young, but if ever he is in charge of something, it will be interesting. The problem is: "getting moving." I think we've all said something to this effect. It's much easier said than done. Some people have a lot on their plate. Still, we need a kick in ass now and then. Dave, we need specifics or something tangible.
I'm glad there is this level of enthusiasm here but you have to use a little caution when trying to handle us old farts. Go to it Dave....
