Cigna covers my O2 as a durable med supply and pays for
it completely thru a group plan at work. I don't know why
they have differing policies in various areas of the country,
but if you need a company name to help get your O2
let me know. Cluster Headaches were listed on their paper work as
being recognized as a 'for real' malady.
