Kim, I took Topamax for about 3 and a half months... the side effects didn't go away and it didn't make a dent in the beast! I was on 100mg twice a day, also. I've been off of it for about a month now and I am finally able to think clearly ... better yet...able to remember things!! so...my quest for help continues!
