Hey i like a beer just as much as the next guy, but is it really worth having one knowing it may set off an attack? I just went thru my worst cycle ever, 5 months with 4 to 7 per day, finally found a neuro 3 weeks ago that put an end to this madness with a couple different drugs. Being pain free for the past 3 weeks has been the best high ive had in a long time. If the attacks stop after i taper off the drugs, then i will try the beer test. If i can drink a few and dont have an attack, then i know my cycle is over for good. Why dont you just forget about drinking for now until your cycle is over, or do you like sitting around with a beer in one hand and an imitrex injection in the other?
