Since my headaches have gotten worse this year, I'm at the point where 1 beer starts off the pain, but a mixed drink doesn't effect me as much.

Does anyone have a trick or suggestion for how to drink a few beers without getting a CH attack? I hate liquor but love a beer (and haven't been able to drink a few for over a month now) -

So far I'm not on meds except for a prednisone here or there while I'm in between CH bouts.
