In my experience with oxygen over about a 4 year period,it really works excellent if you can start the oxygen flow at the first onset of a cluster. Once the headache is full blown it seems to decrease the chances of oxygen aborting. I rarely take the oxygen for more than 15 minutes. In most instances less than 7 minutes if it is going to work. Oxygen is my safety net, don't leave home without it.
