has worked well for me for the past 12 years. I do not take any medication as I have too many side effects from them. The sooner you get on the Oxygen the more chance of aborting the headache. Even if the headache gets away from you I find that the Oxygen cuts the pain drastically. I use a flow of between 8 - 10 LPM for my headaches and it works for me. Most headaches abort within 10 -15 minutes. The bonus for me with Oxygen is I can function normally between headaches except for the lack of sleep.
