The verapamil usually takes 2-3 weeks to kick in for me. Right now I'm at 12 days and it's hell. I was just thinking the same thing about the imitrex. This is the first cycle in years that I've had attacks during the day. I've used injections 4x and the nasal twice in the past week.
I also am noticing a real scary thing. My heartbeat is slowing down a lot during attacks. This is the first time I'm using the non-rebreathable mask for oxygen and I wondered if that would somehow cause this? It feels sometimes like it's just going to stop beating. Anyone else have this problem?
