As for how to do whatever it is you need to do while others are in the house, what about outside? If that's not an option, do it inside and the heck with the noise. You said you were going to go hit the O2...did you have a headache while you were on the computer? If so, I don't see how you do it. There's no way I could sit on the computer with anything over about a 5. I guess we're all different though. Take care and good luck.
