I only have one regulator, so I'll have to take the tank with me where ever I go. I really wish I could just not do anything during a cluster, but it appears/seems as though this is chronic, occurring several/many times daily...I'm so tired of this! I need to be able to at least go somewhere besides the house. I can't take walks, 'cause that sets the 8s and 9s off. I can't sit through a movie....maybe now I can.(?) I'd rather stay home, curl up or pace the hall, etc. - I need to have some sort of life. I'm gonna lose my job soon if these HA don't get better soon. I've lost almost all of my friends because of these damn HA. So I need to get out and do something.
Today I took a vacation day from work. I've got a 4 right now, even after 15min of oxygen.
