I was given Pizotifen as well which doesn't seem to do an awful lot except completely wipe me out so I'm a walking zombie. I've only really had one proper cycle though I had a sort of mini cycle earlier this year. During that attack I drank loads of water which may have been what minimised the effect. I know that the water treatment can be a bit risky if you have certain medical conditions such as liver complaints - have a search through the archives for water X 3.
