only I got hit as I was waiting for him, in the room. It was so bad when he came in, all I could do was hold my head as the tears and snot ran, and ask for oxygen. For me, it was a good thing, as he became more aware of the gravity of each attack,and it was my first experience with the oxygen mask, instead of the nasal cannulae. I took the mask home with me. And for the first time ever, he actually offerred pain medication!
It hapened one time after that, but it was far less dramatic. I felt itcoming on as before, but I left the examining room and tracked down the nurse,who got O2 for me.
