Now i'm not a 12 step thumper but perhaps that guilt you feel is the weapon of the addiction. Perhaps that old addiction gremlin is telling you that if your dont obey its command then it will get to you in other ways...ie. GUILT.....Dont let it get to you with the guilt weapon my friend.
