This is the best place to be for help and understanding. The agonies we endure inflicted upon us by the BEAST is enough to depress anybody. Think of the good times, the PF times - they are comparatively greater than the painful spans. You say you're down to 1-2/year - how long do the periods last? 1-2 a day isn't too awfully bad (I know, I know - the killer pain) - there are others who get more. I'm 46 and in a cycle where I'm getting 5-7/day and 2-3 at night. I've ended up in 2 ER's this past weekend and have another one coming on now. We know your anguish... Do you have a neuro?
