my wife's grandfather described headaches that he once had to me. They sounded like CH and he was told he had Horner's syndrome. He went into the hospital for a treatment that sounds alot like DHE treatment. He hasn't had whatever those headaches were in about 20 years. I have also heard other people say that the frequecy of there cycles are alot less as they get older
