...about that? I thought Right to Work laws had to do with union membership. All states come under national labor relations laws, but a private school might be able to dismiss without cause, and there is no tenure protection. Regardless, it all stinks. Perhaps she could find a lawyer to take them on, but likely that would only get her a small settlement.
